Return Process

  Log into your FMCGCart account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
